Bio: Daniel Lamoreaux

Daniel Lamoureux has been involved with The Blue Saints for 10 years. He began his percussion career at the age of 10, playing the snare drum for his local Navy League Cadet Corps. Upon his discovery of a local drum & bugle corps (The Blue Saints), he gladly made the switch and stepped into the exciting world of drum corps. Shortly thereafter, he became the assistant drum instructor and the eventual caption head. Daniel, or Danny as he prefers to be called, has also been studying music, as a percussion major at The University of Laurentian. Danny hopes and strives to become one of Canada’s leading musicians and music educators, and at the same time, renew his country’s love for the drum & bugle activity.
